PT
Removed the bandages on 8/25. Wounds healed pretty well. Small incisions visible, no scabbing. Can feel scar tissue forming under the incisions. Some bruising. There is a divot under each incision point, hopefully those will heal up instead of being dents in my knee. Went to PT today 8/26. Completed a range of motion test, right knee measured 125, left knee measured 103. Did some lifting/pivot exercises. Got a massage/scar tissue manipulation. Did 20 minutes of electrostim. Scheduled PT for Friday, and for the following week (2x weekly).
