Seeing small gains daily. Added flexibility, stability, strength.
Walking with flip-flops is an ordeal. 10 minutes of that conjures up some wicked soreness. With regular sneakers, can walk a couple hours or so without any major issues. Still can’t walk downstairs 100%.
Did 30 minutes on the stationary bike, stretched a bit and jogged in place in the pool today. Will do the same minus the pool. 24 Hour Fitness pool was dag nasty.
Oh, I still have some mad popping in my knee. I thought surgery was supposed to take care of that……
