Arthroscopy is Fun

After trying to tough it out on Aleve, rest, ice and elevation, I decide to head out to the walk-in clinic at Washington Hospital. I make the last appointment of the evening 7:30pm but don’t see the doctor for another hour as she’s tied up with another patient. She walks in and introduces herself as Dr. Sharma.

She puts me on my back and starts manipulating my knee. She says it seems ok. She says to give it a few days to see if it feels better. She offers an x-ray but says I’ll have to come back for it since all the x-ray techs have gone for the night.
